Today's Homework for Homeroom Students:
1. work on Reading minutes (due Monday, Nov. 9th)
2. Students read about one branch of government in class today. The page in the packet for the branch that they read is due tomorrow. Each day students will read about a different branch and fill in the packet as they go. The packet will be turned in on Friday.
3. Parent/Teacher conference forms were sent home yesterday. Please fill them in and return them as soon as possible. They are due on Friday. (it is a pink sheet)
Absent students: read Stone Fox up to Chapter 5 (we will read chapter 5 in class on Thursday)
Today's Homework for Miss Keller's Math Students:
Practice Multiplication Triangles
This week.....
Reading: We will read Chapter's 3, 4, and 5 from the book "Stone Fox" and work in the packets daily in class.
Social Studies: the three branches of Government (Friday we will review for the test)
Science: Super Science and recycling
Spelling: Unit 4 test on Friday, November 6th. Unit 4 is a review unit and all words are review words from 1st-4th grade. We will practice the words in class. (refer to the gold "Level Four Core Words" list in spelling pocket)
Due Date Reminders:
Parent/Teacher conference form due November 6
No School on November 11
Market Day Forms are due November 12
Picture Retakes will be November 18
